I'm not sure what the current search bar algo looks like, but I can rarely find who/what I'm looking for; I usually have to find direct links.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. As search is very complex, would you be able to be more specific? 
Examples will help, such as "when I search for <> I expect <> because <>".
